Request Data: Transaction descriptions, involved parties, addresses, conversations, and ratings.
Technical Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, login history, and notification tokens.
Payment Data: Processed via the payment gateway [Gateway Name]; the platform does not store card details.
2. Purposes of Use
Creating accounts and verifying identity.
Displaying requests to service providers in the relevant city.
Processing payments, transferring earnings, and handling refunds.
Sending notifications related to requests.
Resolving disputes and reviewing reports.
Improving services and protecting the platform against fraud.
3. Data Sharing
Only the necessary request-related data is shared with the service provider assigned to a specific request.
Payment data is shared with the payment gateway, device tokens with the notification service, and mobile numbers with the SMS service provider.
Data may be disclosed to official authorities upon a formal legal request.
